Sasha Hamrogue became a mother for the first time in 2017 and as both her parents had died prior to her children being born she didn't have the same support network in place as most new mums. She found things particularly tough when she went back to work finding juggling her career with motherhood a struggle and discovered she was not alone, so she set up the brilliant Facebook group called mamas working 9-5 and beyond. She tells Sinéad how the group has become a real life line for mothers trying to balance work, life and motherhood!
