The Braveheart 5km Run is an event organised by Trim Athletic Club. The run has grown into one of the most popular events in the local running calendar. Ciaran Tobin is P.R.O. for Trim Athletic Club, he spoke to Paul about this year's even annd explained why he believes it is so popular.

NeuroFest Ireland is Co. Meath's neurodiversity family festival. It returns to the Navan Adventure Centre on Saturday, June 20th. Designed specifically for neurodivergent children (ages 2-12) and their families, the event will offer a low-pressure, sensory-friendly, and non-judgmental environment to celebrate neurodivergent identity.
