Live, Laugh, Luke... with Luke Hamnett

Today’s guest is the ICONIC Anastacia! She tells us all about being hairless, how she never warms up before a show, and how Pavarotti doesn’t feature on her new album… because he’s dead. Luke is *quite* insistent that he’ll be the warm up at Wembley, and Anastacia has some great advice on what to do when you forget the words… and it has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the very secret third verse that nobody has ever heard. And also, there’s a special treat on this ep for viewers, Anastacia’s dog Broady, who is the spit of Gail Platt (we’re not joking) 

On Just, Jest, Jan this week we’re talking pride, Harry and Meghan and noisy neighbours. Jan missed out on Pride this year - she’s hoping for an invite in 2027 *hint* And she reckons that Princess Diana would have worked out the rift between Harry and William! 

Jan is back for a catch up and this week it’s been a BIG week for anniversaries!It’s Jan and Dave’s 37th wedding anniversary, and Jan bought some sexy lingerie for a saucy night in! Meanwhile Luke and his partner with no name celebrated 10 years together - but did Jan get them a card? No, she did not, but she HAS been buying something… CHRISTMAS PRESENTS(!) And Luke has been at Manchester Pride doing cartwheels in the club with his unhinged pals. So, just a normal weekend then!

Today’s guest on LLL is the gorgeous and brilliant Kimberly Wyatt!Luke and Kimberly get into all things PCD, from their recent reunion and how that’s brought so much acceptance for Kimberly, to some of their most iconic performances over the years. Plus, she gives Luke the lowdown on AMA’s gossip, what we can expect to see on the PCD tour, and her residency test that included important questions about Wallace & Gromit(!)  And of course, there’s a story about the time she gave the stripper on her hen do tips on how to dance better….!

Jan and Luke discuss first dates: in particular Jan’s first date with Dave, which wasn’t really a date but she absolutely finessed borrowing a cup of sugar. And in today’s dilemmas: would you return something you’d already worn? Plus - if you are the person who wants to get married, should you be the one to propose?! 

It is a hugely incredible week for the Hamnett’s because Jan has rang to bell to signal the end of her cancer treatment! The BEST news! There have been weekends away with the girls, a weekend in Amsterdam; where there’s a LOT to unpack. Plus Jan gets into the detail of changing a type: getting under the shaft, taking nuts off, jacking up, screwing it on. It’s HARD work. There’s a nightmare word game, some bad news about Santa (who’s in a coma, btw) and Luke reminisces about the time he was an Avon mule at school for Jan. 

Jan and Luke debrief on last week’s episode with Dani Dyer, and get into some Strictly chat - will the Hamnett’s be getting their dancing shoes on? They also ask: how far would you go to get out of going to work? Today’s guest is the one and only, total BABE, and our upcoming Strictly fav - Dani Dyer! Dani tells Luke all about turning 30, throwing a party and why Dr Beckmann and Ms Rachel are the real MVP's in her house with 3 kids.In a rogue and unexplained turn of events, Luke explains the offside rule to Dani, while she fesses up to breaking her parent’s CCTV as a rebel teenager. Speaking of which, they discuss the Danny Dyer lookalike competition, and how Dani devastated a delivery driver who thought he was going to meet her dad. Plus, Dani and Luke remind us all that it’s okay to sh*t yourself, and there’s a real nostalgia moment for the road safety hedgehog… obvs.  Oh, and in another bombshell turn of events, Dani’s name used to be Charlotte….!
