Boil Water Notice- Limerick councillors walk out

A boil water notice came into force last week when cryptosporidium was detected, impacting more than 7,000 people from across the county.

When they weren’t allowed to discuss the issue at the Limerick City and County Council meeting yesterday, Councillors Adam Teskey and Emmet O’Brien walked out in protest.

Live 95’s Sandra Quinn caught up with the councillors as they left the chambers..
