Christmas is one of the busiest and most expensive times of the year for food shopping, and it’s also when households tend to waste the most, with an average of €60 worth of waste per month. Today, Joe was joined by Odile Le Bolloch from Stop Food Waste to help people in Limerick save money and cut down on festive food waste.

There has been a huge increase in the prescribing of Ozempic, with a record amount of public health spending this year.
