Could a new Government scheme change the way you save and invest your money? The new personal investment accounts are expected to launch early next year, allowing people to invest in things like shares, bonds and investment funds, with a tax-free threshold and no minimum contribution or lock-in period. But the exact tax-free limit and tax rate won't be known until next year's Budget. Paul spoke to Thomas Fitz-Gough from First Choice Financial Services.
