Rathkeale Chef Charlie Ward wins Bronze in Shanghai

A Limerick chef has won bronze at the World Skills Championship in Shanghai.


Rathkeel native Charlie Ward secured third place at the prestigious competition, bringing home the bronze medal in the culinary arts category.

Other than being a great sports ambassador for Limerick, Lee is a mental health ambassador with Limerick Treaty Suicide Prevention. Now the Limerick community is returning the favour, and Matt Collins from LTSP is urging people to keep the funding drive going.
