20 weeks after the country went to the polls, Fine Gael, Fianna Fáil and the Green Party agreed a Programme for Government. On Friday, this historic coalition was passed, however, there is no cabinet minister in the West of Ireland. Joe is chatting to Fine Gael representative for County Limerick, TD Patrick O'Donovan and Limerick's sole Green party TD, Brian Leddin.
