She works closely with producers, hospitality businesses and tourism bodies, and has a front-row view of how food and drink experiences are shaping how visitors choose where to go and how long they stay. With the Government’s new National Tourism Policy putting a strong focus on food-led tourism, Sharon joined Joe Nash on Limerick Today to look at what Limerick already does well, and where the next opportunities lie.
