Our producer Anne Marie speaks to Dr Rosemary Day of the Department of Media and Communication studies in Mary Immaculate College, University of Limerick, about an upcoming National Citizens’ Parliament on Media and Democracy which will take place in Limerick this Spring, starting on Saturday, March 22nd. It is part of a European research project looking at how media and democracy are connected and how both can be protected for the future.
