Earlier this year, Grace's Law came into effect. It bans the use of scrambler bikes and quad bikes in all public places.  It was named in memory of Grace Lynch, a 16-year-old girl from Dublin who was tragically killed after being struck by an illegal scrambler bike in Finglas in January.  The family campaigned for the law, and they are now making an appeal to Limerick and other local authorities. We hear from Martin Lynch, Grace's Dad, and Limerick Cllr Sarah Kiely.Image via Getty.

The closure of clothes banks has taken place all across Limerick. The council has claimed that some were moved because they were on private property.
