While the festive season can be joyous, it can also bring great loneliness to those dealing with grief.
Recently elected councillor, Sarah Kiely, knows the pain of losing someone close to you - after her husband lost his battle against cancer.
Sarah has been very open on twitter about her experiences with grief and she joined Joe in the studio for a very heartfelt interview that got a huge response from our listeners.
