#13 Jack Woods - The 40 Minute Workout WEEK

Jack Woods is an online fitness coach who has a very unique method of building muscle and achieving what he believes to be the ideal physique.


It would be safe to assume that in 2024, online fitness is more about marketing than actual fitness. The market is very saturated, so trainers need to come up with an angle, controversial opinion in air quotes, or reason why everything else is wrong, that makes you sign up to their program, as opposed to someone else’s which will help you achieve the same goal.


What I find very interesting about Jack’s program and philosophy to fitness is he adopts the approach of less is more – to the extreme of only requiring 40 minutes of exercise – per week – to build muscle on your whole body. Is there any credibility to this or is it just another angle to sell a program?
