How will you take care of yourself as you age? Those that live over the age of 65 tend to need some help with daily living. I speak to questions you may ask yourself so you are fully prepared as you age. The caregiver has many demands and wears many hats. What that role looks like to each person is different. We need to care for ourselves so we can care for others fully.
