This week on the podcast we chat with Isabel Sigalla whose Dad went to prison when she was only 18 years old. What followed over the next 6 years was a rollercoaster of multiple prison transfers, fortnightly trips to Bathhurst and Kooma, and a number of frightening prison encounters. This is a truly remarkable story and Izzy courageously gave us an inside look at her, "new normal" when her life was flipped upside down six years ago. We hope you enjoy it!
