Why You Should Lead With your Perceived Weakness - Sahara Rose

Season 18

“Lead with your perceived weakness - that’s what will make you relatable” - Sahara Rose

Today we welcome with open arms our truly amazing guest, Sahara Rose who joins to share her in-depth knowledge of dharma and all things Ayurvedic. Sahara is the best-selling author of the Idiot's Guide to Ayurveda, and the upcoming Eat Feel Fresh: A Plant-Based Ayurvedic Cookbook. She has been called “a leading voice for the millennial generation into the new paradigm shift” by Deepak Chopra, who wrote the foreword of both her titles. Her passion is bridging ancient Ayurvedic healing and spiritual wisdom with modern western nutritional science and psychology. Sahara's mission is to awaken people to their innate potential so they can share their gifts and fulfil their purpose on this planet.

This interview is packed with straightforward, practical advice and guidance that will help you find your dharma by following Ayurvedic principles. Listen in and not only learn how Jennifer Aniston influenced Sahara to follow a path to health, but also:

  • That in trying to ‘fit in’, Sahara became overweight, and addicted to junk food.
  • The negative-spiral that then lead to a dependency on pharmaceuticals, and the story Sahara created to put herself in unfavourable situations...
  • When she realised that she was promoting a lifestyle that was in fact making her ill!
  • How visiting an Ayurvedic practicioner put her not only on the path to health, but also her dharma.
  • The body imbalances that signal that you’re off your dharmic path; where these imbalances come from and the solutions that put us back in balance.
  • The gradual hints - that increase intensity - the universe gives that keep us on track...Ignore them at your peril!
  • Why we should be grateful for the horrific, or even near-death experiences!
  • The amazing amount of information that looking at your tongue gives you.

Listening in, you’ll gather so much more insightful information about Ayurveda that will help you discover your path and purpose. Discover that when you follow your dharma, good things happen; you effortlessly and easily attract what you want and what you need, but first: you need to TAKE ACTION!
