Accompanied by a glass of champagne and surrounded by the decor of our dreams, we sat down with Michael Beel. Michael is a multi award winning hairdresser, a Dyson and Loreal ambassador and the creative director of Buoy Salon & Spa in Wellington. We spoke to Michael about his young years on the farm in Palmerston (the actual deep south) to accidentally finding his passion for hair and his determination to be the best in the business. We also touched on his health journey, working in fashion weeks around the globe and Dolly Parton because duh.
