I can't believe it's been two years since I've talked about Aquafaba! In that time it has become mainstream and is even popping up in products all throughout the grocery store. I'm super thankful to find it showing up in products I love because having to be gluten-free and egg-free made for a lot of pre-made products off-limits for my consumption.

Mr. Groovy is a recovering financial moron who got sick of the high cost of living on Long Island and relocated to Charlotte in 2006. There, he got his financial act together and discovered the FIRE community. In 2016, he retired and began leading a very groovy life. Chris and I took a trip to the Gluten Free & Allergy Friendly Expo in Secaucus, NJ a weekend ago and for a whopping $12 per person (we signed up early) we had 4 hours of sampling delicious gluten-free goodies that mostly did not contain egg otherwise.
