Rodney Ross: Osage Pine

Season 1, Ep. 26

Rodney Ross is one of the founding members of Limitless Real Estate, a real estate sales and development team specializing in working with homebuyers and sellers in the Greater Philadelphia Area. He is also a partner in AJR Endeavors, the partnership behind Osage Pine, a community of 36 homes on the 6200 blocks of Osage Avenue and Pine Street in West Philadelphia. The project consists of the redevelopment and revitalization of 36 rowhomes that were involved in the 1985 MOVE bombing in West Philadelphia.

Prior to starting Limitless Real Estate, Rodney was a real estate agent with Streamline Solutions, a fully integrated real estate development firm in Philadelphia. Rodney gained an intimate knowledge of the development process during his time at Streamline Solutions and has applied that knowledge to his current construction and development projects. Rodney is now focused on building a team of successful realtors at Keller Williams Realty Philadelphia, organizing development projects, and building his own investment portfolio.
