Här möter vi Bruno Rubino, som är en av Geberits många utlandspositionerade medarbetare (EXPATs) genom åren. Efter 20 år i Italien fick han ett intressant erbjudande om att ta över ansvaret för en plastfabrik i Indien, en utmaning han antog direkt. Efter några år lämnade han Indien för en ny roll som VD i Sverige, med ansvar för keramikproduktion och logistik i en högteknologisk produktionsmiljö. Geberit uppmuntrar till både rörlighet och utveckling inom koncernen för att ta tillvara på kompetens och talang på bästa sätt. Som VD för ett tillverkande företag har man många olika typer av möten och diskussioner varje dag.
