Filip Bustad started as a warehouse worker within Logistics at Geberit in Bromölla in 2022. Since then, he has taken active steps to progress, successfully changing positions internally, and currently works as a production engineer. In this role, he works with instructions, documentation, and holds sub-project responsibilities. He is also involved in a major global project aimed at improving Geberit's highly advanced ceramic processes. Filip describes Geberit as a fantastic workplace with helpful and great colleagues in a family-like atmosphere.
