Season 1, Ep. 26

Welcome to Episode TWENTY-SIX! I'm so glad you're here.

Episode 26: Understanding Uncomfortable, Icky feelings

We describe these feelings as the heebie jeebies, chills, sick to your stomach, skin crawling, going to puke, etc. Let’s break these feelings down into a 3-step guide to understanding them.

00:00 Intro and Updates

02:35 FEEL the feelings. Define them. Use the Feeling’s Wheel to help.

05:45 BE CURIOUS about the feelings. Investigate their origin. The feeling likely stems from one of these 3 categories: Pet Peeves, Trigger or past Trauma, Conditioning

12:10 WORK with the feeling. Process/forgive/accept Pet Peeves. Heal/love/release Triggers. Retrain/unlearn/freedom from Conditioning.

18:20 Closing it out. When we can hear them, we are empowered to live empowered and feel comfortable in our skin and grounded.

It's crazy how much our life changes when we start paying attention to what is really going on inside ourselves. Thanks for tuning in!

  • 22. The Drama Triangle and how to step out of it

    55:00||Season 1, Ep. 22
    Welcome to Episode TWENTY-TWO! I'm so glad you're here.This episode is about Dr. Stephen Karpman's Drama Triangle. Understanding the three archetypes that lead to drama EMPOWERS up to choose a different way.The three archetypes are Victim, Bully and Rescuer. We shift between all three (often favoring one of them more often) in our relationships, work environments, and even inside our mind. When you step outside of the triangle, choosing healthy and clear communication instead, the drama is diffused. The higher versions of the three archetypes are Survivor, Challenger and Coach.
