It's Gold with Julie Snook
Ariarne Titmus: Golden Girl, Golden Eagle
•
Ariarne Titmus is the Golden Girl of Australian swimming, so it’s fitting she joined us in studio in honour of the 2026 Golden Eagle. Long before the world records and Olympic podiums, the Launceston-born champion was a pony-mad kid riding on her family’s Tasmanian property. She went on to win four Olympic golds and now “the Terminator” is writing her next chapter. In this chat with Julie, she looks back on her first love of horses, the grit that took her to the top, and why family, home and staying humble are at the heart of everything she does.
