It Stakes Two

Hey listeners! This week we continue our somewhat regular programming with season 7, episode 2 - Beneath You. In this episode the gang, minus Willow, who's still recovering in England, is up against a giant worm that is sliding around Sunnydale. They follow its wake of destruction and when it attacks Xander's potential date twice in one night, it leads them back to our favourite vengeance demon, Anya. Spike tries to get back to his old self and help out with the fight but, things go a bit sideways and he finally tells Buffy what he's been up to out in Africa.

Buffy is staying true to her promise of letting Dawn be more involved in things by giving her some training slaying. For this week's interlude episode we decided to cover a 2000s trip down stupid comedy lane, Eurotrip - starring our very own Michelle Trachtenberg, seeing the world just like Buffy wanted her to. When Scotty gets dumped at his high school grad, him and his best friend Cooper decide to head to Europe to track down Scotty's German penpal. They meet up with twins Jamie and Jenny and ridiculousness ensues. 

Hey listeners! Late again - but worth the wait. This week we are covering the season 6 finale, episode 22 - Grave. Giles has arrived to save the day and to catch up with his favourite Slayer. But even his borrowed magic isn’t enough to stop Dark Willow and when she drains it all out of him, she sets out on a mission to end the world. Who will be able to stop her now!?

Hey folks! Sorry for another unexpected break, but we're back with a big one! In season 6, episode 20 - Villains, the aftermath of Warren's shooting attack hits the gang hard. Buffy is rushed to the hospital and while everyone's distracted Willow goes way off the deep end and absorbs all the dark magic she can. She then sets out on a mission of vengeance and although Anya, Xander, and Buffy do their best to intervene, things do not end well for Warren. If you're watching this one definitely set aside the snacks...

Well everyone, we have to start this one off with a warning...this episode is tough to get through. We start everything off so well as we see Tara and Willow rekindling their relationship (YAY!!), but things really take a turn from there. As the Trio is taking steps to steal some orbs that will make them indestructible, Buffy is dealing with the very real life issues of the aftermath of the Spike and Anya episode. When Spike attacks her, Buffy doesn't even have time to process because she has to stop the Trio from committing a string of robberies. Unfortunately, incel Warren cannot handle his plans being foiled and shows up at Buffy's house with a gun. Umm what is actually happening!?

Hey everyone! This week we're back with season 6, episode 18 - Entropy. Anya is back with a vengeance, especially when Xander tries to apologize but actually just tells her that he still doesn't want to get married. So Anya goes on a mission to get someone to wish for something terrible to happen to Xander. When Spike shows up at the Magic Box in search of something to numb his own broken heart Anya thinks she's finally found the solution to her problems. 

Hey everyone! Sorry we're a bit late this week, but in an alternate dimension maybe it's still Friday...And if you can wrap your mind around that then you're ready for season 6, episode 17 - Normal Again. When Buffy gets close to tracking down the Trio they summon a demon that stabs her with his poisoned hand skewer. All of a sudden we find Buffy in alternate reality where she's been in a mental hospital for six years!! What!? That's the whole show! How will we ever know what's real ever again??
