Baker, Clinical Professor of Law and Assistant Dean of Clinical Education and Global Programs at Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, and Allyson McKinney Timm, founder and executive director of Justice Revival, discuss their article "Zero-Tolerance: The Trump Administration's Human Rights Violations Against Migrants on the Southern Border," which will be published in the Drexel Law Review. Baker and McKinney Timm begin by describing the Trump administration's immigration policies, especially in relation to families and children.
