This episode Fran and Jen are discussing Group A Streptococcus. An organism seen across all areas of the hospital amongst all age groups of patients. They discuss the ways in which it can cause infection, treatment and precautions to take including isolation, PPE and cleaning

In this episode, Fran and Jen discuss the new and improved Infection Control Assurance Framework (ICAF). The ICAF is an important assurance based framework allowing staff to have autonomy over auditable Infection Prevention and Control Practices in their areas.
