However, once the insults & flaunting of the rules are done with, in support of Mental Health Awareness Week, the podcast rhythm section take a deep dive into the relationship between metal (and other forms of music) and mental health, discussing some personal and wider points intertwined with the music we love and the quite frankly incredible heavy metal community. Please be aware this episode features discussion of depression & suicide.
