67. Saluting the Trophy Collectors

After a great week of Champions League in Europe, we turn to the equivalent competition in Asia where Ivan Toney and his Al-Ahli side are one game away from continental glory. In Spain, Jude Bellingham sees red in a cup final defeat for Real Madrid, while in Germany it looks like Bayern will confirm Harry Kane's first title this weekend (although he won't be playing!). Kane's teammate Eric Dier has been rewarded with more than a league medal for his run-in this season, while in Italy, Scott McTominay's brace takes Napoli three points clear and breaks a Scottish Serie A record. 66. Trophies for Toney & Kane this weekend?

As the majority of the British contingent abroad crash out of continental competition, some are still making big steps for their domestic league prospects. Bayern extend their lead at the top of the table, as Harry Kane becomes the fastest player to 60 Bundesliga goals, while Scott McTominay's winner for Napoli earned not just his second consecutive MOTM award, but saw his side go level on points with Serie A leaders Inter. Gianfranco Zola was among the latest to heap praise on him... 65. McTominay heads Napoli back into the title race

We're delighted to be joined by 22-year-old Junior Velásquez, a Londoner that has already plied his trade in four overseas countries. He recently signed for NK Jarun Zagreb in the Croatian second tier, having enjoyed a storming half-season in rural Armenia, and we hear his experiences of those periods as well as his time in the under-age sides of Farense in Portugal, and Venezuelan giants Caracas. Our roundup of British footballers abroad includes a strange week for Jude Bellingham, who had a fight with a VAR monitor at the Bernabeu this weekend. Carney Chukwuemeka scores on his long-awaited first start for loan club Dortmund, while Ademola Lookman is somehow accidentally substituted in a defeat for Atalanta. Elsewhere in Italy, Bologna captain Lewis Ferguson is close to a Coppa Italia final and, according to the press, maybe even a Serie A move closer to his compatriots... In other transfer news, Ryan Kent finally has a new club (though not the one we expected), Jamie Gittens appears to have asked for a move this summer, and we question the future of Milan's loan duo Tammy Abraham and Kyle Walker. After his voice note cameo on last week's episode, we are delighted to be joined by new Seychelles cap Alfie Walters! The international break has delivered, with lots of diaspora in action and plenty of the contingent helping their teams to good results! Liverpool-born Thelo Aasgard began life in the Norway senior setup in style, while his Luton Town teammate Isaiah Jones grabbed a hat-trick for Guyana in a big Gold Cup play-off first leg win. Michael Olise delivers on the big stage for France, while Hamza Choudhury helps Bangladesh to a respectable point despite the cheeky pre-match problems caused in India. Two English-born non-league players help Sri Lanka to a rare win, while a Cardiff City defender secures his eligibility for Singapore in the next international break! Kobbie Mainoo reportedly wants to leave Manchester United to a club abroad, which is obviously music to our ears, so we speculate where he could or should end up this summer. In Italy, Kyle Walker's personal life continues to be targeted by the press, while Che Adams nears a Scottish record after his 8th Serie A goal of the season. Elsewhere, Lee Johnson's first match in charge of Lommel SK is one for the ages, while in Miami we were cruelly denied a Zaha-Messi showdown but there were still plenty of talking points from the game.
