7. David Shillinglaw
01:08:38||Season 2, Ep. 7Margate-based David Shillinglaw is a prolific artist of cosmic proportions. Exploring the human condition, not least his own, his work is bright, bold and colourful and often takes the form of vast-scale murals. He is in a constant dialogue with his inner and outer worlds, which shines through the patchwork painting he conjures on a steady, sometimes incessant basis. For more information check out:www.davidshillinglaw.co.ukProduced by Start Again ProductionsArtwork by Rich Heneghan with photography by Ollie HarropMusic by Hughie Gavin
6. Cherelle Sappleton
57:18||Season 2, Ep. 6Cherelle Sappleton is, if you can say it, an interdisciplinary artist whose practice spans visual art via collage, as well as music and sound therapy. Her work is an ongoing exploration of the body's transformational capacity, along with what it means to have a body, especially one that is categorised by society as being black and female. For more information check out:www.cherellesappleton.comProduced by Start Again ProductionsArtwork by Rich Heneghan with photography by Ollie HarropMusic by Hughie Gavin
5. Daniel Webb, Everyday Plastic
59:38||Season 2, Ep. 5In 2017, Daniel Webb made the creative decision to retain all the plastic he consumed that year. From this intrigue, a campaign grew and in 2018 he formed Everyday Plastic, an organisation that seeks to shine a light on the plastic problem through evidence-led data. Here he tells the story of how and why he began this process, sharing insights into what the organisation is doing with the information, along with some useful thoughts about how we as individuals can play our part in turning the tide on plastics. For more information check out:www.everydayplastic.orgProduced by Start Again ProductionsArtwork by Rich Heneghan with photography by Ollie HarropMusic by Hughie Gavin
3. Zoe Murphy
57:06||Season 2, Ep. 3Zoe Murphy is a maker of many things but tends to specialise in textiles and furniture. Her hand-drawn designs are full of narrative and entirely unique, as are the upcycled objects she often applies them to. And if that all sounds familiar, it may be because you've seen her on Money for Nothing on the BBC, but she was well ahead of the recycling curve - as we discussed during our chat. What's more, she's an all-round enthusiast for life, so this episode is well worth a listen!Produced by Start Again ProductionsArtwork by Rich Heneghan with photography by Ollie HarropMusic by Hughie Gavin

48:55||Season 1, Ep. 6It's the last in the series, so we're going out on a song. And quite literally, because this week I'm joined by all-round music maker, Hughie Gavin. Hughie has been performing music all his life and now sings under the pseudonym Jakl as well as running Institute Studios.
5. Tom Shrapnel
47:48||Season 1, Ep. 5Filmmaking is in Tom Shrapnel's blood, in many ways you could call it his family trade. We discuss his filmic origins along with the work that goes into making short-form moving image and the trials and tribulations of getting longer-form work made. Tom really knows his craft and this is a really insightful take on an industry that we regularly see the output of but may not fully appreciate the work that goes into making it.Produced by Start Again ProductionsArtwork by Rich Heneghan with photography by Ollie HarropMusic by Broke For Free
