The Battles You'll Fight
The moment you choose Jesus… the battle gets real. In Acts 28 Paul steps off a shipwreck, soaked, cold, and exhausted — and still chooses to build the fire. That’s the first battle: your flesh. Putting in the effort when it’s easier to quit.
But as soon as the fire heats up, the snake jumps out. That’s the second battle: the demonic. The enemy attacks when you start burning for God.
Then the crowd starts talking… “He must be a murderer.” That’s the third battle: people — their opinions, their doubts, their misunderstanding of what God is doing in your life.
But hear this: Paul shook it off.
And so will you.
No snake, no storm, no opinion, no demon, no fleshly battle can stop the purpose of God on your life. Shake it off and keep moving. There is fire in you. There is destiny on you. There is Jesus with you.
Keep building the fire. Keep trusting the promise. Keep walking with Jesus.
