Where can a career in urology nursing take you? Join host Kal Kaur, Urology Nurse Consultant at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust and a trustee of BAUN, and a range of urology nurses whose careers have taken very different routes: through wards and theatres, into specialist nursing, leadership and the charity sector, and from overseas to the NHS. In Full Flow is the podcast from the British Association of Urological Nurses (BAUN). Many nurses never come across urology during their training, so our first series focuses on careers: how nurses find their way into the specialism and the opportunities it opens up. Each episode features a candid conversation about how guests found urology, how their careers have unfolded, what their work looks like day to day and what they’ve learned along the way. Whether you’re a student nurse, thinking about a change of specialism or already working in urology and curious about where your path could lead, In Full Flow offers honest stories and practical advice from nurses who have built their careers in urology.
