They have been moms for one quarter of that time and it shows. How do they cope? They laugh about all of the craziness that comes with being a mom and they want you to laugh about it too! From snot to stretchmarks to sleepless nights, Kristin and Jen know firsthand that parenting is a hard job and they invite you to join them in taking it all a little less seriously (even if for a few short minutes a day). After all, Jen currently has four days of dry shampoo in her hair and Kristin’s keys are still in her front door. They try, they fail, they support each other, and they mom as hard as they can.

We’re at another summer break wondering if this is when our boobs come in. Summer is never the John Hughes dream sequence we hope for, we’re just hoping for surviving with our dignity. And maybe a shirtless Justin Bieber.

The end of the school year is as stressful as scuba lessons with a newborn. Somebody come clean our houses, please. Current events: mad and glad. And vagina frisbees.

NOBODY talks about May and how hard the end of the school year is because everyone has their eyes on their work and holding on long enough just to make it to the finish line in time for summer. School tests, field trips, meltdowns, pencils down, oh gawd Are we podcasting?

Kristin has been doing heavy research into hugging. Maybe she’s going to become a huggologist? K&J both are doubling down on PDA from now on, no stopping us. Also, Jen loves Jelly Roll. Get him (or Bunnie) on our podcast!

The first thing we want to say is how much we love touring and meeting all of you live. Going through your bags is our biggest delight.  But Sometimes things do not go according to plan, like when you open a Mom bag and find a gun inside. Don’t worry. Everything is fine. Everybody’s okay but this definitely makes for a good podcast episode. let’s dig in and with more caution this time.
