Ep 161 - What Really Rocks my Socks
â˘
The lads inhaled Pop Star Academy on Netflix and as a result they can't stop talking about it and going forward this is a Lexie stan account. Kevin also shares an embarrassing and what could have been career-ending story about a shirt he bought in a charity shop. The theme for the week is modern tourism and the lads discuss how they were traumatised that they couldn't make their annual trip to Barcelona this year as the locals were soaking tourists with squirtering guns. The also talk about the iconic yet chaotic merch available to buy at Lourdes.

For the theme they dive into the moments, trends and shows that should have been bigger but somehow werenât. From missed cultural waves to pop groups that fizzled out, the boys unpack why certain things never got the spotlight they deserved. Was it bad timing or a lazy marketing campaign? Or was it just Louis Walsh acting the ejit? Perhaps it's a combination of all of the above.Sign up to the I'm Grand Mam Patreon for more stunning content: https://www.patreon.com/imgrandmam â¨
