Fiona Skinner, founder of the Fertility Coaching Company and regular speaker for The Fertility Show and the Diversity and Inclusion Network. Fiona's session was so well received at last week's conference we decided to release it as a special edition ahead of officially launching WHEN's podcast series later this year.Fiona’s mission is to improve the experiences of employees who are currently on their own fertility journeys and those who may be in the future. As well as hearing about the challenges that she faced during her 15-year-long fertility journey, Fiona provides a wealth of advice and insight, that is helpful to anyone either going through fertility treatment or supporting friends or colleagues with their journeys.
