What you do in the last three months of this year can shape the whole of next year. And there's less time than it looks. Once you take out the holidays, the trips and the busy weeks you already know are coming, most of us have about nine real weeks left.

This video is a plan for using those weeks to finish 2026 well and start 2027 early, so that on the first of January you're already nine weeks into next year's goal. You'll count the time you really have, pick the three things that deserve it, start your biggest goal on a Monday this month, keep it going with a weekly score, use this year's calendar to book next year's good things now, and plan how the year ends. By the end, the whole plan fits on one page.
