For the 100th and final (for now) episode of I Was There Too, Matt finally gets to sit down with his long-sought guest, actress Brooke Smith. She joins Matt to discuss her role as Catherine Martin aka the girl in the well in the 1991 horror film The Silence of the Lambs. Catherine chats about having to gain weight for the role, reading with three different actors all going out for the Jame “Buffalo Bill” Gumb role, and how director Jonathan Demme made her confront her demons. Plus, Matt bids farewell (for now) to all the wonderful listeners!
