On today's HEALING 101, I am speaking to Dr. Tom Graham, a counselling psychologist and CBT therapist at Oxford Health Specialist Psychological Intervention Center. Many of you might have heard of the term CBT, but not a lot of people actually know what it is. The examples he uses a brilliant and I think will resonate with a lot of you.
