Charlie Unwin: Performance Psychologist

Charlie Unwin is a Performance Psychologist, working Olympic teams and athletes from 5 different sports, including Equestrian. Charlie helps us to understand the effects of the mind and teaches us to separate thoughts from feeling and doing. Really fascinating to talk to, Charlie shares his wealth of knowledge to help us improve our riding from they way we are thinking! All on the #HorseHour Podcast. In 2015 Charlie contributed towards 7 European Gold Medals with the athletes and teams he was working with. He also works with businesses. Charlie has designed and delivered programmes for a number of global companies including Coca-Cola, Sainsbury’s, Virgin, RBS, Argos, EDF, Barclaycard and Linklaters and was the Top Speaker of 2014 at Henley Business School.
