The incredible Marcella chatted with me about Where the Wild Things Are, children's horror and the uncanny. Marcella shared some of her research into why she thinks Where the Wild Things Are can be interpreted as a story of growing up neurodivergent - it's absolutely fascinating. It's been a while since I've done a rambly update, so here's a chaos goblin update, a re-introduction of sorts and sharing about starting ADHD meds. My brain is braining worse than usual at the moment - sometimes you can hear my brain reboot mid-sentence and start again.
