Some tense moments in a Las Vegas courtroom on Tuesday as a former gang member took the stand at the trial of Duane "Keefe D" Davis.James Macdonald made it very clear that he didn’t want to be there because even though he doesn’t like Keefe D he doesn’t want to be responsible for sending him to prison. The trial of Duane "Keefe D" Davis is set to start this morning inside the 8th Judicial District Court in Las Vegas. Davis is facing a charge of murder with a deadly weapon with the intent to promote, further or assist a criminal gang in connection with the 1996 drive-by shooting death of rapper Tupac Shakur.
