Tom is an incredible actor with a CV to match: Outlander, Grantchester, Greyhound, UnReal... He's now turned director, with two short films under his belt and a feature upcoming. We talked about that, as well as his secret dreadlocked past, tattoos, meeting Dolly Parton, tearing Henry Cavill's Superman suit, and of course, his six years as TV vicar Will Davenport in smash hit crime drama Grantchester.
