She’s living away from home for the first time and has responsibility for making her own diet & health decisions for the first time. Living on a tight student loan budget, Libby faces a range of challenges surrounding her diet and health, which have been suffering – as she balances those daily issues with her other commitments. In this episode, Libby also talks openly about having suffered from Emetophobia and how it changed her relationship with food.
