Meth Trafficker Sentenced in Connecticut

A Connecticut man, Michael Mihalko, was sentenced to 18 months in prison and 3 years of supervised release for trafficking methamphetamine across state lines. He conspired with Joseph Wilk Jr., a former teacher, to distribute the drug in Connecticut and Rhode Island. Mihalko admitted to sending packages containing methamphetamine to Wilk, who then sold some to Mihalko and the rest to his own customers. Mihalko pleaded guilty in October 2023 and has been detained since September 2025 for violating release conditions. Checkout Solipillow.com

As of January ninth, the state has seen twenty-one thousand three hundred thirty-four flu cases, one thousand seven hundred fifty-nine hospitalizations, and forty-one deaths. Doctors at Connecticut Childrens hospital report a peak in flu-related stays, with many young patients facing complications.
