Ep. 41 - Average Joe Body Transformation
I had a fairly radical body transformation in 75 days. This video is not for people who love the gym and the fitness lifestyle. This video is for people like me who hate working out and the fitness lifestyle but also hate being a soft, low-energy human.
In this video I outline how to transform your body. It's simple and hard.
1) eat the right amount of calories, 2) eat 1 gm of protein per pound of body weight, 3) do at least 3 workouts per week that scare you.
How many calories should you eat? What about macros? What is the right diet for you? How do I track calories? How do you plan a workout? How do you even get started?
