Hi! My name is Stacey, and I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Life Coach. Here we talk about Mental Health and the impact it has had in our lives. We will learn ways to cope and strategize how we live with mental disorders such as stress, anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar disorder, and PTSD. We believe in positive support and creating a safe space for our clients and listeners so they feel free to ask questions and talk freely without judgment.
