Grapple Worlds Podcast

In Episode 4, Lou is joined by Hayley Valentine, who will make her Grapple Worlds debut against Suzanne Wilson at GW3, taking place at Stadium MK on Saturday 7 November 2026. But it turns out this isn't the first time their names have appeared together on a match card. Hayley recently discovered that she and Suzanne were actually matched against each other back in 2022, when Hayley was a Purple Belt.
