EPC - a heat pump can help to nudge the EPC rating up, check what effect swapping to an efficient heat pump would have with the assessor. EPCs are due to change methodology in 2027 to include other metrics, including the heating system, making a move away from oil even more beneficial, and in 2030 minimum EPC ratings of C will apply to rented properties.
