The world of work has changed massively since the pandemic and concerns about mental health stress and well-being in work have reached new heights. Like you, we want the world to be a better place to work in and so we consider some of the ways in which managers and leaders can bring holistic well-being into workplaces in this new world, and we also explore ways in which each of us can help ourselves.
