Gloves, Drugs and Coffee Mugs

Nurse bullies. We all know at least one. I can feel your eyes rolling into the back of your head. Let's look at the reason why they thrive in the nursing environment and the things we can do to deal with them. No one deserves to be bullied but it still happens. So let's start telling them to f**k off out of nursing.

A little insight into who I am and why I am doing this. I figure if what I want doesn't already exist, maybe it's time to do something about it. Let me introduce you to my brain and how I think as I tackle the tough sides of nursing and strive to challenge the status quo.
