In this episode of Global Nutrition, we talk with 3 amazing women who are working with displaced, refugee, and indigenous people in Colombia as part of their work at Operation Smile. They have started a "food truck" that delivers culturally and family appropriate foods to help not only the children improve their nutrition status prior to surgery, but also help the entire family achieve food security.
